Stan has over a decade of experience in luxury real estate, specializing in high-value transactions, strategic sales planning, and marketing for ultra-prime residential properties. Prior to joining ALAIN, he served as Head of International Residential and Director of the MENA Private Office at Savills Middle East and as Senior Director and Acting Group Head of Residential Sales at Red Sea Global, overseeing a portfolio with a Gross Sales Value (GSV) exceeding SAR 30B.

Stan is responsible for leading the sales and marketing strategy for the company’s developments, ensuring market positioning, commercial success, and alignment with the group’s strategic vision.
