Our story

Rabih has more than 27 years of experience in real estate investment, development, asset management, and private equity. Prior to joining ALAIN, he worked for the Gargash Corporate Management Office in Dubai, for InterContinental Hotels and Marriott Hotels. During his 18 years with the group, he has held several senior positions and is a member of the Board of Trustees of The Sheikh Zayed Private Academies for Girls and for Boys.

Rabih is responsible for developing and implementing ALAIN’s corporate strategy, overseeing the investments and special projects for the group and for corporate governance.

Federico has over 20 years of experience in real-estate investments, strategy developments, and operational improvements across the Middle East, Europe, and Asia. Prior to joining ALAIN, he worked for The Boston Consulting Group where he advised senior government officials and CEOs on the development of some of the most significant real-estate development projects in the Middle East.

Federico supports the Group CEO in the management of the Asset, Investment, and Finance & Business Support divisions and is responsible for providing strategic leadership to develop revenues, profitability and corporate growth.

Mariam has over 30 years of experience in education and school development, strategic management and educational consultancy and is a member of the Board of Trustees of The Sheikh Zayed Private Academies for Girls and for Boys. Prior to joining ALAIN, Mariam worked for The Department of Education and Knowledge in Abu Dhabi and participated at governmental level in the formulation of education policies, development and evaluation plans. She is an active member of the Abu Dhabi Businesswomen Council.

Mariam is responsible for overseeing the educational investments and training strategies of the group including the school operations, management and educational consultancy.

Nourallah has over 30 years of experience in management and business. Prior to joining ALAIN, he was the Public Relations Manager and Director of the Commercial Department at the Private Office of His Highness Sheikh Abdullah Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, as well as the General Manager of First Capital Investment Holding.

Nourallah is responsible for the internal audit, risk management and compliance of the external audit of all business units of the group. He is certified by the Association of Fraud Examiners.

John has over 32 years of experience in the Real Estate sector, particularly in establishing and enhancing Asset Management, Property Management, and Facility Management services. Prior to joining ALAIN, John was the Managing Director at Asteco, and before that he worked for CBRE and JLL in South-East Asia managing some of the region’s best known property portfolios of Fortune 500 Clients.

John is responsible for managing the group’s property portfolio and identifying areas to maximize property values and shareholder returns. He is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

Joel has over 30 years of experience in the global hospitality industry and has a wealth of knowledge in asset management, operations, and development across diverse portfolios. Prior to joining ALAIN, Joel held leadership roles at Dubai Holding, Kingdom Hotel Investments, HVS, and InterContinental Hotels Group, leading dynamic teams overseeing portfolios of ultra-luxury hotels and resorts across multiple countries.

Joel is responsible for the strategic management and operational enhancement of the company’s diverse hospitality ventures, driving sustained growth and optimizing performance.

Lara has more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality sector, including over 12 years in hotel asset management. Prior to joining ALAIN, she held senior roles with leading international hotel chains.

As Senior Manager – Hospitality, Lara is responsible for the asset management of the group’s hotel portfolio. She works closely with hotel operators to align performance with the owner’s investment goals, enhance income and capital value, and reduce business risk through disciplined analytics, benchmarking, and strategic collaboration. Lara also plays an active role in hotel investment, acquisitions, and new developments, including feasibility assessments, operator selection, and contract negotiations.

Khaled brings over 26 years of experience in real estate development, with a proven ability to lead large-scale projects from concept through to delivery. His strategic approach and deep industry knowledge have supported the successful execution of diverse developments across the region and internationally.

Before joining ALAIN, Khaled held senior positions with leading developers including Nakheel, Al Futtaim Real Estate, and Wasl. His career spans projects across the Middle East, North Africa, and Europe, where he has consistently driven results through effective planning and operational leadership.

At ALAIN, Khaled oversees the full development lifecycle across the portfolio, ensuring each project aligns with the group’s vision and strategic objectives. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and has completed executive education in Real Estate Development at Harvard Business School, along with certifications in Project Finance and Risk Management.

Stan has over a decade of experience in luxury real estate, specializing in high-value transactions, strategic sales planning, and marketing for ultra-prime residential properties. Prior to joining ALAIN, he served as Head of International Residential and Director of the MENA Private Office at Savills Middle East and as Senior Director and Acting Group Head of Residential Sales at Red Sea Global, overseeing a portfolio with a Gross Sales Value (GSV) exceeding SAR 30B.

Stan is responsible for leading the sales and marketing strategy for the company’s developments, ensuring market positioning, commercial success, and alignment with the group’s strategic vision. 

Farah Alsayid is the Senior Manager of Marketing & Communications at ALAIN. She is responsible for developing and executing marketing and communication strategies across the company’s real estate portfolio, supporting the positioning and promotion of residential projects.

Farah has 17 years of experience in real estate marketing in the UAE, with a background in project management and business strategy. She has worked with established developers including Bloom Holding and IMKAN Properties, contributing to the successful launch of residential developments in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, as well as in Egypt, Morocco, and the UK.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a specialization in Project Management.

Mohamed has over 15 years of experience in IT leadership, with a strong background in enterprise systems, ERP implementation, and digital transformation. He has a proven track record of aligning technology with business objectives to drive efficiency, innovation, and performance across organisations.

Before joining ALAIN, Mohamed held senior roles at SRG Holding and Emaar, where he led the delivery of large-scale digital initiatives and played a key role in optimising IT operations. His strategic mindset and hands-on expertise have consistently resulted in future-ready, scalable solutions.

At ALAIN, Mohamed leads the Group’s technology strategy, overseeing IT infrastructure, digital platforms, and systems integration. He is focused on delivering secure, agile, and innovative technology frameworks that support the Group’s long-term vision. Mohamed holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and an MBA in Computer Management.

Iyad has more than 25 years of experience in real estate and hotel management. Prior to joining ALAIN, he held roles with Rotana Hotel Management and Sheraton Hotels & Resorts. Over the past 15 years with the group, he has played a key role in the growth and stability of the property portfolio.

Iyad is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the property department, including leasing, facilities management, and customer service across the UAE and international assets. He also contributes to business performance through the development and execution of operational initiatives.

Iyad holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Torrens University, Australia, and a Bachelor’s degree from the Hotel and Tourism Center in Damascus. He has also completed professional training in quality control, people management, and strategic thinking.

Fouzia has over 12 years of experience in the real estate sector, with a track record of driving strategic process improvements and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Her expertise has consistently resulted in successful project completions, contributing to the optimization of real estate portfolios. Prior to joining ALAIN, Fouzia worked with Emaar PJSC, honing her skills and developing a strong foundation in the industry.

Fouzia is responsible for developing and implementing quality standards, ensuring that all projects meet the highest industry benchmarks to achieve client satisfaction and uphold the group’s commitment to excellence.

Rajeev has over 27 years of experience in accounting and finance-related matters, banking, and internal and external audits. Prior to joining ALAIN, Rajeev worked as Accounts Manager for a private manufacturing unit in Oman.

Rajeev is responsible for the overall financial and accounting functions of the group including financial planning, treasury and financial & accounting reporting as per the applicable laws and best practices. He is currently undergoing a Master’s Program in Finance / Financial Management.

Vipin has over 17 years of experience in the field of Asset Management and Investment Research, as well as extensive experience in other investment operations such as transaction settlement and administration of investment assets. Vipin joined ALAIN from Al Fahim Group, where he gained significant experience across asset classes globally. He has also worked for Abu Dhabi Investment House and, in India, for McKinsey & Co.

Vipin oversees the asset management and investment operations and is responsible for the implementation of investment strategy across asset classes, completing new investments and monitoring the existing portfolio.

Loubna Farjallah is managing the Executive Office at ALAIN. She is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office of the Group’s executive leadership, ensuring seamless coordination, communication, and administrative support at the highest level.

With over 20 years of experience in executive support and office management, Loubna brings extensive expertise in managing complex schedules, high-level correspondence, and internal coordination across multiple departments. She plays a key role in supporting the Group CEO, Vice Chairman, and Managing Director, handling confidential communications, executive agendas, business travel, and board-related matters.

Prior to joining ALAIN in 2012, Loubna held senior administrative roles at Abu Dhabi Media Company and Schlumberger Middle East.
