Sultan is the Vice Chairman of ALAIN, where he works closely with the Board to shape and implement the group’s strategic direction across its various business verticals. He also serves as Special Advisor to His Highness Sheikh Hamdan Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Ruler’s Representative in the Al Dhafra Region of Abu Dhabi.

With over 28 years of experience in both the public and private sectors, Sultan began his career in the Private Office of His Highness Sheikh Abdullah Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE Minister of Foreign Affairs, where he served as General Manager, overseeing all duties and activities within the office.

He has also held several senior leadership roles, including General Manager of the Office of the Minister of Media and Culture, General Director of Abu Dhabi Radio and Television Corporation, and General Director of Emirates Media Establishment.

Sultan holds various external Chairmanships and Board positions across public and private organisations. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in General Administration from UAE University.

Khaled has more than 23 years of experience across real estate, banking, hospitality, and private and public sector investments. Prior to joining ALAIN, he served as Chairman of ADNH Compass Middle East and held board positions at Abu Dhabi National Hotels and Abu Dhabi Marine for Real Estate Investment. He also held senior roles in government, including at the Abu Dhabi Department of Municipalities.

Khaled is responsible for ensuring ALAIN’s corporate strategy aligns with the vision of the shareholders and the Board. He has been an Independent, Non-Executive Director at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank since 2012, where he is also a member of the Credit & Risk and Corporate Governance Committees. He has served as Chairman of Orient House for Development & Construction since 2006.

Khaled holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University, USA, and has completed executive education programmes at leading global institutions.

Khadim has more than 33 years of experience across the public and private sectors, with a distinguished background in diplomacy, executive leadership, and strategic management. He began his career at the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs, with diplomatic postings in Washington DC and Beirut, where he served as First Secretary. He was later appointed Plenipotentiary Minister First Class and Deputy General Manager of the Court of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, then Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs.

Following his service in government, Khadim was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Private Office of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, overseeing His Highness’s business and private affairs. He subsequently served as Managing Director of ALAIN, where he led the group’s strategic direction.

Khadim is the Co-Founder and a Board Member of Al Dahra Holding. He also holds a number of chairmanships, including The Sheikh Zayed Private Academies for Girls and for Boys, Agility Abu Dhabi PJSC, and Agricost SA in Romania. He serves as a Board Member and Audit Committee Member at International Capital Trading, and sits on the boards of Abu Dhabi University and the UAE Red Crescent.

Khadim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Development from the American University in Washington DC and an MBA in International Relations from the American University of Beirut. He has completed executive programmes at leading institutions, including Harvard Business School.

Abdulhamid has more than 44 years of experience in the financial and banking sectors, with a distinguished career spanning leadership roles in both government and private institutions. He previously served as the Governor of the Central Bank of the UAE and was Group Chief Executive Officer of First Abu Dhabi Bank. Earlier in his career, he held the roles of CEO, Managing Director, and Board Member at legacy FGB, and held several senior positions at Citibank.

He currently serves as a Board Member of ALAIN, Mubadala Investment Company, Abu Dhabi Developmental Holding Company PJSC (ADQ), and Emirates Red Crescent. He is also a Board Member and Chairman of the Executive Committee at Al Dahra Holding.

Abdulhamid has held board positions across a wide range of organisations, including the Emirates Investment Authority, Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange, Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company (du), and Sky News Arabia.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Arizona, USA.
