Adeline is a legal professional with nearly 20 years’ experience in various in-house and private practice roles dealing with luxurious hospitality, private equity, funds, M&A, and international joint ventures.

Prior to joining Alain Asset Management, she served as General Counsel with Six Senses Hotels.

Adeline is responsible for the company’s legal and regulatory activities . Her prime focus is to provide legal advice to the Board of Directors, Executive Management, and other senior management, oversee compliance,  and deliver efficient legal service that protect the interest of the company and add commercial value.

Adeline holds a Bachelor of Law (First Class Honours) from University of Leeds and Post Graduate Diploma in Practical Law from University of Singapore.
