Cibu has 30 years of experience in commercial, cost management, strategic procurement, contracts, estimation and costing gained in leading real estate development and construction industries.

He graduated in Civil Engineering, a Member of the Royal Institute of Charter Surveyors (MRICS) and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (FAIQS).

Prior to joining Alain Asset Management, he worked with Emaar, Dubai Holding, Meeras, Damac, Dar Global in leadership roles in commercial and cost management functions.

Cibu is responsible for leading the strategic procurement, contracts management and cost control ensuring alignment of commercial role with corporate objectives to maximize profitability and operational efficiency.
