Muhanad Ajinah is a seasoned real estate leader and talented architect with over 20 years of experience delivering landmark developments across the UAE. As a Director of Development, he steers the design process at Alain Asset Management, guiding the creation of distinctive luxury projects and exquisite architecture.

Muhanad has held strategic senior roles at NEOM, ICT, and Deyaar Development, where he managed large portfolios spanning residential, mixed-use, and hospitality assets.

Muhanad holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the American University of Sharjah and a Master’s in International Business from the University of Wollongong.
